feat: add Home link to footer quick links section

- Added "Home" link as first item in footer quick links
- Routes to landing page (homepage)
- Added translations for all 4 languages:
  - English: "Home"
  - Romanian: "Acasă"
  - Spanish: "Inicio"
  - Italian: "Home"
