Conflict Resolution Algorithm

When same highlight edited on 2 devices:

Device A: Changed color to BLUE at timestamp 1000ms
Device B: Changed color to PINK at timestamp 2000ms (NEWER)

Result: PINK wins (Device B's version is newer)
Mark as "synced"

Safety: All versions kept server-side for recovery if needed
