Andrei be16eebdae fix: Add missing activity type translations ...

Added translations for all activity types:
- growth: Growth
- medication: Medication
- medicine: Medicine
- temperature: Temperature
- activity: Activity

This fixes the 'activityTypes.medicine: 1' label display issue
on the insights page where translation keys were showing instead
of translated text.
